Judith Noguera is a Venezuelan voice actor known for her work in Latin Spanish dubs of animated series and films. Born Judith Antonieta Noguera Hernández on September 20, 1987, in Maracay, Aragua, Venezuela, she has built a career spanning multiple countries and encompassed various roles within the dubbing industry, including acting, directing, and audio engineering. Her entry into the world of dubbing was sparked by a university thesis project, a short documentary on the dubbing industry in Venezuela titled Doblado en Venezuela, which received a special recognition and is used as educational material. She is a graduate of social communication from the Universidad Arturo Michelena and also qualified as a locutora (announcer) from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.

Noguera began her professional career in Venezuela before relocating to Santiago, Chile, in 2015, where she lived and worked for several years. During her time in Chile, she collaborated with studios such as DINT Doblajes Internacionales. She later moved to Miami, joining The Kitchen Inc., and is currently part of Centauro Comunicaciones. This geographic mobility has allowed her to work on a wide variety of projects for major platforms like Netflix and Amazon.

Her voice portfolio includes a diverse range of characters in anime and animated series. Among her most recognized roles is Toru Hagakure in the Latin Spanish dub of the popular series My Hero Academia. She also voiced both Mion Sonozaki and Shion Sonozaki in the 2020 series Higurashi: When They Cry – GOU, taking on the challenge of portraying the twin sisters with distinct personalities. Another notable anime role is the Execution Department Pupil in the series Akudama Drive. Her work also includes the character Ruby in Steven Universe, Elektra in the Marvel series Daredevil and The Defenders, and Aisha in later seasons of Winx Club. In children's animation, she is known for voicing Dora Marquez in Dora and Friends and Applejack in My Little Pony: Pony Life. Her voice work extends beyond animation to include live-action series and films, such as Turkish telenovelas and movies like Rock Dog and Monster Family.

In addition to her on-screen work, Noguera has a wide range of skills within the dubbing industry. She has worked as a dubbing director, adapting scripts and serving as a sound operator and producer. She has also lent her voice to numerous advertising campaigns for brands like Neutrógena, Samsung, and FedEx across Latin America. Known for her vocal versatility, she performs in a neutral Spanish accent, covering a range from child to mature voices.
