Elena Carrillo is an American voice actor and production staff member known for her work in the English dubs of anime series during the early 2000s, particularly in association with ADV Films. Based in Chicago, Illinois, she was employed by ADV Films from 2002 to 2006. Her career encompasses both on-screen voice roles and behind-the-scenes production work, including directing, script adaptation, and producing.

As a voice actor, Carrillo contributed to numerous anime titles. In the series Moeyo Ken, she voiced the characters Byakko, Genbu, and Makoto Sumiya. Her other notable voice roles include Chizuru in Rurouni Kenshin: Reflection, Earl Tyrant in Final Fantasy: Unlimited, and Beauty Betty in Wedding Peach. She also provided additional voices for productions such as Devilman Lady, Steam Detectives, and New Fist of the North Star.

In addition to her acting, Carrillo had a significant impact on the localization of anime through her production work. She served as an ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement) Script writer for series including Cyberteam in Akihabara, Devilman Lady, Gatchaman, Jing: King of Bandits, Moeyo Ken, and Rurouni Kenshin: Reflection.
