Marschke has provided the German voices for a wide variety of characters across numerous anime titles. Some of her most frequently noted roles include Naomi Armitage in the OAV series Armitage III and its film version Armitage III: Poly-Matrix. She is also known for her performances as Queen Diva and AfuraMang in El-Hazard: The Magnificent World, and as Semmerling in Riding Bean.

These include Takako Shimizu in Chobits, Maypia Aleymketalia in Agent Aika, and Aquelda and Jamapi in Wedding Peach. She also voiced multiple characters in the anthology series Cool Devices.
