Cristina Hernandez is a prominent Mexican voice actress and dubbing director, widely recognized for her extensive work in Latin American Spanish dubs of anime series and films. Born Helga Cristina Hernández Ramírez on February 13, 1977, in Mexico City, she began her career in dubbing in 1989 at the age of twelve. Her entry into the industry was facilitated by her neighbor, fellow voice actor Moisés Iván Mora.

Hernandez is celebrated for voicing numerous lead characters in iconic anime series. One of her most famous and career-defining roles is Sakura Kinomoto in Cardcaptor Sakura, a character that significantly raised her profile and led to her participation in dubbing conventions. She is also the voice of Chibiusa Tsukino, also known as Sailor Chibi Moon, across various Sailor Moon series and films, including Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, Sailor Moon Crystal, and the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal movie. Her extensive anime filmography further includes Shizuka Minamoto in Doraemon, Marron in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT, Boa Hancock in One Piece, and Kari Kamiya, Gatomon, and Angewomon in Digomon Adventure. She has also lent her voice to characters in Attack on Titan as Mikasa Ackerman and Historia Reiss, Juvia Lockser in Fairy Tail, and Shinobu Kocho in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Notably, she is the voice of the titular character Kitty in the series Hello Kitty's Paradise.

Beyond anime, her work spans animation, live-action dubbing, and video games. She is the official voice of the Mattel toy company for Barbie and the announcer for Cartoon Network Latin America. She voiced Blossom (Bombón) in The Powerpuff Girls, Joy (Alegría) in the Disney/Pixar film Inside Out, and has been the official Spanish voice for actresses Lindsay Lohan, Anne Hathaway, and Natalie Portman. Her live-action dubbing credits also include Padmé Amidala in the Star Wars prequel trilogy and the title character in Matilda.

In addition to her acting, Hernandez has worked as a dubbing director on several projects. Her directing credits include the Latin American Spanish dubs for Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card, Cowboy Bebop, and various installments of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal and Sailor Moon S for Netflix.
