Jimmy Keegan is an American actor and voice actor known for his work in English-language dubs of anime series. Born James Edward Keegan on November 3, 1969, in Los Angeles, California, his career began in the 1980s with appearances in live-action television series and films. His early acting credits include roles in productions such as the film Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo and the television series The Littles.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Keegan is recognized for his role as the protagonist Ryo Utsugi in the English adaptation of the series Demon Lord Dante. This 2002 anime series, based on the manga by Go Nagai, featured an English dub produced by Elastic Media. Keegan provided the voice for Ryo Utsugi, a young man who becomes intertwined with the fate of the titular demon lord.

Another of his notable anime roles is Geppei in the series Magical Meow Meow Taruto. In this 2001 anime, which was released in North America by Bandai Entertainment in 2005, Keegan voiced the character Geppei as part of the English-language cast. His work on this series also included voicing the additional character Whip in one episode.
