Tony Nierras is a voice actor known for his work in the Philippine English-language dubbing of Japanese anime series, particularly during the era when such shows were a staple of local television broadcasting. He is most prominently recognized for his roles in the classic super robot anime Voltes V.

In the Philippine English dub of Voltes V, which aired on IBC-13, Nierras provided the voice for the series' main protagonist, Steve Armstrong, known in the original Japanese version as Ken'ichi Gō. In a notable example of voice actor versatility, he also voiced Steve's father, Dr. Ned Armstrong, who is also known as Kentaro Gō, Baron Hrothgar, or Prince La Gour in the series lore. His work on the series extended beyond voice acting; he was also credited as a writer for the 1981 compilation film Voltes 5: The Mystery of Dr Armstrong, which was released exclusively in the Philippines and compiled key episodes from the anime.
