Hisayoshi Izaki is a Japanese male voice actor born on January 1, 1968, in Gunma Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. He began his career in the voice acting industry in 1990.

Izaki has built a career through a wide variety of roles in anime television series, original video animations, and theatrical films since the 1990s. Among his notable anime roles are Edge in the series Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!! WGP and Motoo Saotome in Bakukyū Renpatsu!! Super B-Daman. His film work includes a role in the 1999 theatrical feature Pokémon: The Movie 2000, where he voiced the Pokémon Fearow.

A recurring pattern in his career is his collaboration on anime adaptations of works by manga artist Manavu Kashimoto. In both Gakkyu-Oh Yamazaki and Croket!, Izaki provided the voice for a character based on Kashimoto himself, often referred to as Kasshi.
