Annarosa Garatti was an Italian actress and voice actress, born in Rome on July 19, 1933. She came from a family with ties to the entertainment industry, as her sister was the dialogist Giovanna Garatti. Garatti began her career in the late 1950s, appearing in theatre, cinema, and television productions. Her on-screen appearances included roles in films such as Il medico della mutua and the television miniseries Il giornalino di Gian Burrasca. However, she became best known for her extensive and intensive work as a voice actress, dubbing foreign productions for the Italian market.

One of her notable roles was as the voice of Regina Starsha, also known as Stasha, in the Italian dub of the anime series Star Blazers: The Comet Empire.
