Choutomi Nimura

Choutomi Nimura is a Japanese voice actor born on November 23, 1973, in Aichi, Japan. He is also known by the name variations Kizatomi Futamura and Kizatomi Nimura. Nimura's career includes several roles in anime television series from the late 1990s and early 2000s.
One of his notable voice roles is Eagle Killer in the 2000 anime series Transformers: Robots in Disguise, which is also known as Transformers: Car Robot. His other major roles include Yusuke Morinaga in the 2002 version of Whistle!. He also voiced Color Scanner Kotei in Bikkuriman 2000 and appeared in the long-running sports anime The Prince of Tennis as a referee. Earlier in his career, he took on minor roles in the seminal series Rurouni Kenshin, playing a man in episode 63 and a villager in episode 69. He also voiced a client in episode 17 of the series Full Moon.
