Denice Cobayassi is a Mexican voice actor known for her work in Latin American Spanish dubs of animated films and series. Her career is primarily documented through her roles in major animated feature films.

One of her most recognized roles is providing the voice for the character Bianca in the Latin American Spanish dub of the fifth Pokémon film, Pokémon Heroes - Latias & Latios. This film, which serves as a key credit in her filmography, features the adventures of Ash Ketchum in the city of Alto Mare.

Cobayassi's voice work also extends to other animated projects. She is credited as the voice of the character 7 in a Mexican Spanish dubbing of the 2009 animated film 9, produced by Focus Features. Furthermore, her involvement in the industry includes direction work; she directed the dubbing and voiced inserts for a version of the same film, 9, produced by Whiland International.

More recently, Cobayassi was part of the voice cast for the Mexican Spanish dubbing of the 2020 anime film Más allá de ti, where she voiced the character Orika Kishimo.
