Susan Sheridan was a British voice actress known for her work in children's television, animation, and radio, including several English-language adaptations of Japanese anime series. Born Susan Haydn Thomas on March 18, 1947, in Newcastle, England, she trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Her career, spanning several decades, included notable roles in anime dubs produced for the UK market.
In the realm of anime, Sheridan provided voices for English-language versions of various series and films. She voiced the character Shu in the English version of the anime film Fire Tripper. She also played the role of Towa in the English adaptation of the Mermaid Forest original video animation. Other anime credits include providing the voice for the title character, Moomin, in the English dub of the 1990 TV series Moomin, and voicing Michael in the British English dub of the Lupin the Third special, Lupin the 3rd: Bye Bye, Lady Liberty.
