Cynthia Meade is the pseudonym used by the British actress Deborah Makepeace for her work in English-language dubs of anime during the early 1990s. Her most recognized role in this field is providing the voice of Suzuko in the English dub of the 1985 fantasy OVA Fire Tripper. Suzuko is a modern schoolgirl who is transported back in time to Japan's Sengoku period after a gas explosion.

Makepeace's career as an actress was primarily established in British television and theatre from the 1970s. Her foray into anime voice acting represents a small but distinct part of her filmography. Beyond Fire Tripper, her known voice credits in the medium include the role of Elam in the 1990 Manga UK dub of The Heroic Legend of Arislan and Ashura in the English adaptation of Seiden RG Veda.
