Liza Ross, who is also credited as Lisa Ross, is an English-language voice actor known for her work in anime dubs produced in the United Kingdom during the 1990s. She was born on June 23, 1941. Her most recognized role is as Lieutenant Perrine Valley in the English dub of the original video animation series Mad Bull 34. The series, produced by Manga Entertainment, featured a notable cast of British voice actors.
Beyond this role, Ross contributed to several other high-profile anime projects from the same era. She provided voices for the Manga Entertainment dub of the OVA series AD Police, playing the character Carolyn. In the popular film Project A-ko, she voiced both Miss Ayumi and Ume.
