Mami Fukai is a retired Japanese singer and voice actress born on October 13, 1980, in Utsunomiya, Japan. Her career was notably active around the year 2000 to 2001.

She was a member of the entertainment group Fancy Free Flamingo, alongside fellow performers Ohta Mayumi and Ishigaki Ayako. One of her recognized voice roles from this period is Puchipopo in the television series Mamimume Mogacho. In that series, Puchipopo is characterized as a baby with a strong interest in reading newspapers for information.

Fukai also contributed her voice to the Transformers franchise. She is credited for her role as Miki, known as Jenny in some localizations, in the anime Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2001), which is an adaptation of the series Transformer: Car Robot (2000). Her other known work from this time includes a role as the committee chairman in an episode of the Alien Nine special. She is also listed in the cast for Dr. Rin ni Kiitemite!.
