Rick Forrester is an American voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime series, particularly during the 1990s. He was active in the North Carolina-based voice acting community, which was responsible for dubbing numerous anime productions for the American market.

One of Forrester's notable roles is Zaxon in the 1992-1993 anime original video animation series Genesis Survivor Gaiarth. In this post-apocalyptic science fiction OVA, he provided the English dub voice for Zaxon, a war-roid who becomes a companion to the protagonist, Ital Del Labard. The English-language version of the series was recorded in North Carolina.

Beyond this role, Forrester built a substantial filmography in anime dubbing, frequently working with production companies that localized Japanese animation for English-speaking audiences. His voice acting credits from this period include roles in several other notable anime titles. He is credited with providing additional voices for the 1989 OVA Earthian.
