Mario Mastria was an Italian voice actor, recognized for his extensive work dubbing foreign films and animated series for the Italian market. Born in Rome on April 19, 1920, his passion for performance led him to study at the school of Pietro Sharof before embarking on a career as a voice actor. He passed away in his hometown on November 15, 2009.

Mastria's career encompassed a significant amount of voice work for Italian-language versions of various media. He contributed to the dubbing of several notable anime series and films. Among these roles, he is confirmed to have provided the Italian voice for the character Dr. Boskonovich in the animated feature Tekken: The Motion Picture. His other credits in the anime genre include voicing General Yuri Caesar in Great Mazinger, General Tartaruga and Sckilton in Hurricane Polymar, a butler in Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge, and Anziano della Torre della Zanna number two in the television series Orphen.

Beyond animation, a substantial part of Mastria's career was dedicated to dubbing live-action films. He was the Italian voice for numerous actors, with a partial list of his credits including dubbing Lucio Fulci in several horror films, Richard Dysart in Back to the Future Part III, Graham Jarvis in Misery, and Richard Todd in The Longest Day. His work in film dubbing is extensive, with credits listed for a wide array of Italian and international productions from the 1960s through the 1980s. Earlier in his career, he also participated in radio drama productions for Rai, such as a 1952 adaptation of Ben Jonson's Volpone.
