Fumie Houjou is a Japanese actress and voice actor born on June 15, 1956, in Tokyo. She is affiliated with the Seinenza Theater Company, and her career encompasses both stage performances and voice work for animation. Houjou's special skills include playing the piano and the practice of the tea ceremony.

In anime, Houjou is known for several prominent supporting roles. She voiced the character Majo Heart across multiple installments of the Ojamajo Doremi series, including the original 1999 television series, Ojamajo Doremi Sharp, Mo~tto! Ojamajo Doremi, and Ojamajo Doremi Dokkaan. She also played Mrs. Heim in the 1999 science fiction series Turn A Gundam.
