Cyndi Williams is an American voice actress and script writer known for her work in English-language dubs of anime series, particularly those produced by ADV Films in the early 2000s. She is also an accomplished live-action actress, having received critical recognition for her film work. Her career in anime voice acting is closely associated with ADV Films, for which she provided voices for numerous titles. One of her notable roles is Queen Ercell in the magical girl series Petite Princess Yucie, which was released in North America by ADV Films in 2002. Her other anime credits from this period include roles such as Mu-nyo in Birth, Sister Rose in Magical Play, various characters in Wedding Peach, and Alica and Touma's Mother in Sakura Diaries. She also voiced Miranda Johana in Variable Geo and provided additional voices for series like Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal, Eden's Bowy, and Dai-Guard: Terrestrial Defense Corp..
