Bak Yeong Hee is a South Korean voice actress born on November 27, 1959, in Busan, South Korea. She began her career in the voice acting industry after joining the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation's Voice Acting Division in 1982. Her work primarily consists of dubbing foreign films and television series for Korean audiences.

Her portfolio is extensive and covers a wide range of genres. She is particularly well-known for her work in animation, where she voiced multiple characters in the Korean-language broadcast of the anime series Lil' Red Riding Hood Cha-Cha. For the Seoul Broadcasting System version of the show, she provided the voices for Marin, Yo-Yo Orin, Huin Gwaeng-Lee, Nunsongi, and Nunsongi-teacher. Another notable anime role was as Katie Minami in the Korean dubbing of Mirmo Zibang. She also voiced the titular character, Magical Remi, for the first three seasons of Ojamajo Doremi, which aired on MBC and Tooniverse.

Beyond anime, her career is marked by numerous roles dubbing live-action TV series and films. She was a regular voice for several characters in popular American shows, such as replacing Sofia Milos in CSI: Miami and Charisma Carpenter in Buffy the Vampire Slayer for their MBC broadcasts.
