Kira Tozer is a Canadian voice actress born on December 6, 1984, in Victoria, British Columbia. She has been active in the voice acting industry since 2009, providing voices for numerous animated series, anime dubs, and video games.

Tozer is perhaps best known for her portrayal of the character Kagome Higurashi in the English dubs of two anime series set in the Inuyasha universe. She first took on this role for Inuyasha: The Final Act, which aired in 2012 and 2013. She later reprised the role of the older Kagome in the sequel series, Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon, which began airing in 2020, and its follow-up, Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon - The Second Act. This casting continued her involvement with the long-running franchise.

Beyond this signature anime role, Tozer has an extensive filmography in Western animation. Her most prominent role in this field is as the voice of Minka Mark, a monkey character, in the television series Littlest Pet Shop, which aired from 2012 to 2016. Her other voice work in animation includes roles in numerous other series such as Hot Wheels: Battle Force 5, Polly Pocket, various Barbie films, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, and Lego Ninjago: Dragons Rising.

Tozer's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Victoria and a Master of Public Health from the University of British Columbia. Before beginning her career in voice acting, she worked as a lead singer and dancer in production shows on cruise ships. She is married.
