Jose Brown is an American voice actor recognized for his work in English dubs of anime series and films, particularly during the 1990s and early 2000s. He was born on July 1, 1965, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His career is primarily associated with the prolific period of anime localization when studios produced English-language versions for audiences in North America.

Brown's voice acting work is largely connected to English adaptations produced in Texas, often featuring casts of actors based in that region. He frequently lent his voice to supporting characters and provided additional voices for numerous projects.

A significant and often-cited role in his career is providing the English voice for the character Ginnai Doma in the 1992 original animated video, Black Lion. This sci-fi historical piece, based on a manga by Go Nagai, features Brown as the voice of a fallen samurai turned into an indestructible cyborg serving the warlord Nobunaga Oda.
