Cliff Lazenby is an American voice actor born on March 31, 1970. Originally from Milford, New Hampshire, he moved to New York City in September 1992. His career in English-language anime voice acting includes several credited roles in the 1990s. He provided the voice for the character Mr. Big in the special based on the Art of Fighting video game series. His other notable credits from this period include John Murdock in the anime special Silent Service, Volun in an episode of the television series The Slayers, and Kazuma Kuwabara in the movie Yu Yu Hakusho The Movie: Poltergeist Report. Beyond his voice acting work, Lazenby has also been involved in other professional fields, including work as an IT director and band manager. In a career shift, he was sworn in as the Assistant Mayor of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, in January 2018.
