Jonathan Boggs is an American voice actor based in Brooklyn, New York, with a career in animation and commercial voice-over that began in the mid-1990s. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and started working in radio at the age of 16, which provided a foundation for his later work in voice acting.

Since 1996, Boggs has been active in the field of anime dubbing, also referred to as Japanimation at the time, and live-action film translation. In addition to his on-microphone work, he has extensive behind-the-scenes experience in broadcast technology and post-production. He has worked as a dubbing technician and in various transfer and editing roles for over eighteen years in New York City, handling formats such as HDcam and Digi-beta.

His voice acting portfolio spans a wide range of material, from character voices in cartoons to commercial announcing. He is known for his versatility, describing his range as extending from a little boy to a movie trailer announcer. In commercial work, he has been the voice for infomercial products including Cash 4 Gold, the Snuggie, and the Shark Rotator.

Within the anime industry, Jonathan Boggs is credited for his work on several prominent long-running series. He provided additional voices for the English-language adaptations of Pokémon and One Piece. A specific early credit includes the role of Kappei in the 1997 English language version of the anime OVA Ayane's High Kick.
