Ronaldo Magalhães was a Brazilian actor and voice actor, born on May 28, 1921. He began his career in the late 1930s, establishing himself in theater and radio before transitioning to dubbing in the 1960s. His early work in radio, particularly his role in the serial A Quádrá de Ases, brought him national recognition. As a voice actor, he became known for dubbing numerous characters in films and animated series into Portuguese. His extensive voice work in animation included a variety of roles, such as the villainous Ganon in The Legend of Zelda animated series and the gruff Panthro in Thundercats. He was also a prolific voice in the Transformers franchise, providing the Portuguese voices for characters like the Constructicon Devastator, the Decepticons Dirge and Ramjet, and the Autobot Perceptor. Notably, he voiced the character Duque Duralumínio in the anime series Princess Knight. Ronaldo Magalhães passed away in either 1997 or 1999, leaving behind a significant legacy in Brazilian entertainment through his work on radio, stage, and as a voice actor.
