Sven Dahlem, born in 1947 as Sven Mahler, is a German actor and voice artist whose career spans theater, television, radio plays, and extensive dubbing work. He adopted his stage name during his professional training at the Hildburg Frese drama studio in Hamburg, choosing it in reference to the Berlin district of Dahlem. His acting foundation was built in theater, with engagements at venues such as the Staatstheater Darmstadt and numerous Hamburg stages, including the Thalia Theater, the Ohnsorg Theater, and the St. Pauli Theater, where he frequently performed in musicals like My Fair Lady and Kiss Me, Kate.
