Alna Ferreira is a Brazilian actress and voice actress known for her work dubbing foreign productions into Portuguese. She is the mother of fellow voice actress Eleonora Prado. Her career in dubbing spans several decades and includes a wide variety of live-action films and television series. Her notable credits include providing the Brazilian Portuguese voice for Maggie Smith as Violet Crawley, the Dowager Countess of Grantham, in the series Downton Abbey, and for Shohreh Aghdashloo in the film The Odd Life of Timothy Green. She has also dubbed actresses in productions such as Roma, Sherlock, and the film Match Point. In animation, she has voiced characters in Western animation, such as Baba Yaga in Ever After High. Her contributions to anime dubbing include a role in the series Sailor Moon, where she was the second voice for Professor Haruna Sakurada. She also had an early role in the 1986 Dragon Ball series, voicing a minor character in its fourth episode. She is connected to the character of Kaede from the InuYasha franchise. She first voiced the character in 2013 for a partial redub of four episodes from the original InuYasha series, taking over the role after the passing of the original actress, Helena Samara. She later reprised the role of Kaede for a different dubbing project related to the original series in 2022.
