Laurel Hatfield is an American singer, actor, and voice artist with a career spanning over twenty years in stage, screen, and studio performance. She has voiced lead roles in anime series produced for the North American market by Bandai Entertainment.
Hatfield provided the English voice for the character Kinako Monaka in the anime series Magical Meow Meow Taruto. This series, originally aired in Japan in 2001, was licensed and released in North America by Bandai Entertainment starting in 2005. Kinako Monaka is the lively and independent niece of the human protagonist Iori Monaka. Hatfield also voiced a lead role in multiple seasons of the anime series Stratos 4 for Bandai Entertainment. These credits represent some of her primary work in the anime voice acting field.
Beyond her work in anime, Hatfield has an extensive performance career. She has originated roles for Disney, appearing as Squirt in the opening cast of Finding Nemo: The Big Blue and Beyond at Walt Disney World and as Andy in the original cast of Disney's Toy Story the Musical for Disney Cruise Line.
