Angelika Lietzke is a German actress and voice actress who played a significant role in shaping children's television in the former German Democratic Republic. Born in Berlin on March 21, 1943, she was active in numerous dubbing projects for GDR television and the state film studio DEFA during the 1970s and 1980s. Her voice work was particularly prominent in animated films, where she was frequently cast to voice child characters or animals.

Lietzke's most recognized role is providing the German voice for the young protagonist Esteban in the animated series The Mysterious Cities of Gold. This synchronization was completed in 1988 by the DEFA Studio für Synchronisation. In this Japanese-French production, she voiced the character originally performed by Masako Nozawa. Her other notable dubbing credits include the role of Alissa Seleznjowa in the 1981 Soviet animated film Das Geheimnis des dritten Planeten and a part in Willi, der Spatz from 1988. In addition to these, she was known to a generation of GDR children as the voice of the chick in the Plumps series, a segment within the popular program Unser Sandmännchen, and as the talking goat in the Soviet fairy tale film Fire, Water, and Brass Pipes.

Beyond voice acting, Lietzke also appeared as an on-screen actress in several GDR television productions. Her filmography includes roles in the 1977 production Urlaub nach Prospekt, the 1983 television film Es geht einer vor die Hunde, and multiple episodes of the long-running crime series Polizeiruf 110, such as Parkplatz der Liebe in 1986 and Zahltag in 1990. She also contributed her voice to radio dramas for Rundfunk der DDR, including a 1980 adaptation of Wellermann machts möglich and the 1984 children's radio play Die Abenteuer der kleinen Magdica. Through her extensive work in animation and dubbing, Angelika Lietzke's voice became a familiar and defining element of East German children's entertainment.
