Chris Turner is a Canadian voice actor and on-screen actor, recognized for his contributions to English-dubbed anime and animated series throughout the 1990s. Born in British Columbia, Canada, his career encompassed a range of voice work in both television and video productions.

Turner's anime voice acting credits include several prominent series from the late 1980s and 1990s. One of his notable roles was providing the voice of Yuli (Ully in some adaptations) in the series Yoroiden Samurai Troopers, also known as Legendary Armor Samurai Troopers.
