Jacques Feyel was a French actor primarily active in dubbing from the 1980s to the early 2010s, contributing extensively to both animation and live-action works for the French market. He is recognized in anime for providing the voice of Kato in the first two episodes of the supernatural horror series Doomed Megalopolis, a role for which he was later replaced by Michel Vigné. His other notable anime voice roles include Rei as a replacement voice in episodes twenty-eight through thirty of Fist of the North Star, the Professor in The Koalas, and the Indian Chief in the second dubbing of the film Kamui. He also lent his voice to characters in series such as Dominion Tank Police, Grand Prix, and Gu Gu Ganmo.

Beyond anime, Feyel had an extensive career dubbing live-action content. He was one of the regular French voices for actors including John Storey, Kevin O'Rourke, Richard Marcus, and Doug Jones. His numerous television dubbing credits include roles in series such as Melrose Place as Dr. Stanley Levine, Amour, Gloire et Beauté as Blake Hayes, and Falling Skies as Cochise. He also provided voices for films like Braveheart, Godzilla, and Toy Story 3, as well as for video games. In addition to dubbing, Feyel appeared as an on-screen actor in French film and television productions, with credits including the series Commissaire Moulin and the film Natalia.
