Tom Clark is an American theatre and voice actor based in Tokyo, Japan. Born in Michigan, he possesses an advanced level of fluency in Japanese. His voice work in anime and video games has often been conducted through Frontier Enterprises.

He has provided English voices for several anime titles. In the OVA series Very Private Lesson, he voiced the character Tairaku. He also voiced Joseph in the television series Little Charo and the role of Old Tom in its sequel, Little Charo 2. His other anime credits include the role of George in Elegant Yokai Apartment Life and the character Bari in Arashi no Yoru ni: Himitsu no Tomodachi. In film, he provided the voice for Arsène Lupin III in an English dub of the movie Lupin the 3rd: The Mystery of Mamo produced by Japan Airlines. He also voiced Prince Zardoz in an English version of Voltus 5.

Beyond anime, Clark's voice work extends to video games and live-action dubbing. His video game credits include roles in Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean, Arc Rise Fantasia, Mega Man ZX Advent, and providing additional voices for Shenmue. For live-action, he provided voice-over work for the Japanese television program Iron Chef.
