Carolyn Miller is a Canadian-born narrator and voice actor based in Japan, affiliated with the talent agency Liberta. She was born in Toronto, Canada, and studied philosophy and political science at Concordia University in Montreal. After completing her university education, she pursued voice training in both Canada and the United States before relocating to Japan to begin her career.
In Japan, Miller has built a career providing character voices for anime and video games, as well as narration for educational programs, corporate videos, documentaries, and commercials. Her versatility as a voice artist is demonstrated by her work across multiple series and formats.
One of her most consistent acting roles is in the anime series Little Charo and its sequel, Little Charo 2. In the original Little Charo, she provided the voices for the characters Chris and John. She returned for Little Charo 2, voicing Chris, Colone, and Lahk.
