Rachel Walzer
Description
Rachel Walzer is an American-born voice actor and narrator who has been active in Japan since 1990. She earned a master's degree from the School for International Training in Vermont before relocating to Tokyo to begin her career. In addition to her voice work, she has served as a drama instructor at Aoyama Gakuin University since 1994.
Walzer is known for her bilingual abilities, providing voices for the Japanese versions of various international productions and English-language narration for Japanese media. Her voice acting credits include the role of Charlotte and Rosa in the television anime series Little Charo, as well as Ruby in its sequel, Little Charo 2. She also provided the voice for Koko in the 2009 computer-animated series Abunai Sisters. In the long-running series Case Closed, known as Detective Conan in Japan, she voiced the character Diana Kingston.
