Colette Venhard is a French actress whose career has been primarily defined by her extensive work in dubbing, providing the French-language voices for numerous characters in animated films and television series. Her professional background includes classical theatre training, having studied at the Conservatoire de Paris under the tutelage of Béatrix Dussane, which grounded her in the works of playwrights such as Molière, Shakespeare, and Corneille, as well as contemporary writers. This stage experience has underpinned her long-standing voice work.

Venhard's filmography in animation is vast and spans several decades, encompassing a wide array of roles in both anime and Western animation.
