He was born in Rome on June 2, 2005, into a family with a strong legacy in the field of dubbing. He is the son of Massimo De Ambrosis, a voice actor, and Elena Masini, an assistant dubbing director. He is also the grandson of the veteran voice actor Luciano De Ambrosis and the younger brother of voice actor Daniele De Ambrosis.

In the realm of anime and animated films, De Ambrosis is recognized for his contributions to the Italian-language versions of two notable Studio Ghibli films.
