Aiko Konoshima is a Japanese voice actor and actress born on March 10, 1939, in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency M-Three. Her career spans several decades and includes work in anime, foreign film dubbing, and video games.

In anime, Konoshima is known for her role as Sawa in the 1991 video adaptation of Rumiko Takahashi's Mermaid Forest, also known as Rumic World: Mermaid Forest. She also provided the voice for Glinda the Good Witch of the South in the 1986 anime television series The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Her other anime credits include roles in long-running and classic series such as the role of Commander Mazony in the 1978 series Invincible Steel Man Daitarn 3, a role in the 1987 series Fist of the North Star 2, and a role in the 1972 series Science Ninja Team Gatchaman.
