Aiko Konoshima is a Japanese voice actor and actress born on March 10, 1939, in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency M-Three. Her career spans several decades and includes work in anime, foreign film dubbing, and video games.

In anime, Konoshima is known for her role as Sawa in the 1991 video adaptation of Rumiko Takahashi's Mermaid Forest, also known as Rumic World: Mermaid Forest.
