Chelsea Curto is an American voice actor known for her work in English dubs of Japanese anime, particularly for productions by the Singapore-based company Odex Pte. Ltd.. Born on January 2, 1990, in Houston, Texas, she has also resided in Singapore. Her background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Directing and Theatrical Production from Baylor University, which has informed her work as a theatre educator and director in various institutions, including the Beaverton School District and the Korea International School.

Curto's voice acting career is primarily documented through her roles in several anime series. In the series Clockwork Fighters Hiwou's War, she provided the voices for the characters Jyoubu and Machi. She also voiced the lead character, Karin Maaka, in the series Karin.
