Sean McCabe is an American voice actor known for his work in anime dubbing during the mid-2000s. His career in voice acting began when he was recruited by Bandai Entertainment North America while living in Singapore. He worked at Studio Odex, a facility that specialized in the technically demanding process of matching English translations to the original Japanese animation's lip movements.
From approximately 2004 to 2008, McCabe provided voices for numerous anime series released for the United States market. During this period, he typically voiced one to three major characters per show in addition to hundreds of extra roles, accumulating experience across nearly one thousand episodes. His notable anime credits from this time include the series Fantastic Children, Zipang, and Pretty Cure.
