Debra Jean Rogers, frequently credited under the names Debbie Rogers, Debbie DeRosa, or S.J. Charvin, is an American voice actor recognized for her extensive work in the English dubs of anime series and video games during the 1990s and 2000s. Born on March 28, 1962, in Los Angeles, California, she built a prolific career as a voice actor in the Los Angeles-based dubbing industry.

Rogers is perhaps best known for her leading role as the Emulator Ishtar in the 1992 English adaptation of the anime Super Dimensional Fortress Macross II: Lovers Again. In addition to her voice work for this OVA, she also performed the English version of the character's theme song, "Mouichido Love You". Another of her prominent anime roles was providing the English voice for the skilled fighter pilot Karen Joshua in the Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team OVA series and its compilation movie. She also voiced the character Cammy White in the Animaze dub of the Street Fighter II V television series.

Beyond these roles, her anime voice credits are extensive and varied. Under her various aliases, she lent her voice to numerous productions, including the role of Mia in the.hack//SIGN television series and related video games, Gin Rei in Giant Robo, Valeria in Outlaw Star, and Alisa in an episode of the acclaimed series Cowboy Bebop. She also contributed additional voices to landmark anime films such as Ghost in the Shell and its 2.0 release, as well as Macross Plus.
