Mayuko Kazama is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on October 2. She is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise. She pursued her education at the Japan Narration Acting Institute before joining I'm Enterprise on April 1, 2018, marking the start of her professional career. In May 2023, she became a member of the voice acting unit ALiCE Eyez, which is part of Marine Entertainment.

Kazama's career, active since the late 2010s, encompasses a wide range of roles in television animation, animated films, and video games. Her early roles included minor characters in series such as Non Non Biyori Nonstop and Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro in 2021. That same year, she secured one of her first notable recurring roles as Maina Atomika in the science fiction anime 86. She continued to build her experience with appearances in Blue Lock, Fuuto PI, Sasaki and Miyano, and Oshi no Ko.

Her first major starring role came in 2024 as Sayo Minakami, the magical girl alter-ego Magia Azul, in the series Gushing over Magical Girls. That year, she also voiced Hakua Igarashi in Kaiju No. 8 and provided the voice for a young Masachika Kuze in Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian. In 2025, she starred as Aoi Shinozuka in Baban Baban Ban Vampire. She also took on the role of Madoka Inumiya in the short anime series Chikuwa Senki ~Ore no Kawaii Chikyū Shinryaku~ and was cast as Miyako Honda in the second season of My Dress-Up Darling. Her filmography extends into video games, with notable credits including Kaela MacMillan in The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak series and its sequel, as well as Yanuo in Tower of Fantasy and the female avatar in Street Fighter 6.
