Cafi Balloussier is the artistic name of Carlos Felipe Soares Balloussier, a Brazilian actor and voice actor born in Rio de Janeiro on June 21, 1982. He has been active in the dubbing industry since 2002, providing the Brazilian Portuguese voices for a wide array of characters in animation, live-action series, and films. Beyond his work as a performer, he is also the owner of Cafi Balloussier Dub, a dubbing and voice-over company based in Rio de Janeiro that has been in operation since 2013.

Balloussier has built an extensive resume in anime dubbing, lending his voice to numerous prominent series. He is known for his role as Daiya Irma in the science fiction anime 86. He also voices Ryōhei Hayashi in the popular time-travel drama Tokyo Revengers. In the mobile suit gundam franchise, he plays Iram Masam in the film Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway. His other notable anime roles include the calculating Kaede Manyuda in Kakegurui, Yusuke Tashiro in Noblesse, and Kirsch Vermillion in Black Clover. His work spans a variety of other titles such as Parasyte -the maxim-, Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, Akame ga KILL!, and Heavenly Delusion.

In addition to his work in anime, Balloussier's dubbing career includes voice roles in live-action movies and series. He has dubbed characters in major Hollywood films such as Zapan in Alita: Battle Angel and a young Agent Simmons in Bumblebee. He is also the voice of Andrew in the animated series Big Mouth and has contributed to series like The Good Doctor. His dubbing work is frequently produced by Rio de Janeiro-based studios, including Som de Vera Cruz, the studio responsible for the Brazilian Portuguese version of 86.
