Shannon Conley is an American voice actress and musician based in New York City, recognized for her extensive work in English dubs of Japanese anime, particularly for Central Park Media and NYAV Post. Born on December 31, 1970, in Norfolk, Virginia, she has built a prolific career spanning several decades, often credited under multiple pseudonyms including Sonny Dey, Vibe Jones, Holly Bobbit, and Ursula Conlon.

Conley's voice acting career is characterized by a wide range of roles across numerous anime series and OVAs from the 1990s through the 2010s.
