Shannon Conley is an American voice actress and musician based in New York City, recognized for her extensive work in English dubs of Japanese anime, particularly for Central Park Media and NYAV Post. Born on December 31, 1970, in Norfolk, Virginia, she has built a prolific career spanning several decades, often credited under multiple pseudonyms including Sonny Dey, Vibe Jones, Holly Bobbit, and Ursula Conlon.

Conley's voice acting career is characterized by a wide range of roles across numerous anime series and OVAs from the 1990s through the 2010s. Among her most notable performances are the lead role of Saki Sawanoguchi in the OVA and television series Magic User's Club! and the role of Yuki in the OVA Sins of the Sisters. She is also well-known for voicing the goddess Urd in the Ah! My Goddess television series and the villainous Pokémon Hunter J in the Pokémon Diamond & Pearl series. Her filmography includes significant parts in Patlabor: The Mobile Police, Queen's Blade Rebellion as Annelotte, and roles in series such as Space Pirate Mito, Slayers Evolution-R, and Kurokami The Animation.
