An Jang-hyeok is a South Korean voice actor born on October 8, 1968. He began his career after joining the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation's voice acting division in 1993 as part of their 11th cohort of publicly recruited voice actors. He later became a freelancer in 1996.

His voice acting portfolio includes a wide range of roles in animated series dubbed for Korean television. He has contributed to numerous projects, including the Korean dubs of shows such as Geisters, Ojamajo Doremi, Anpanman, Red Baron, Slam Dunk, and Beyblade. In the series Soul Frame LAZENCA, he voiced the character Maru, and he also provided voices for the game MapleStory. A more recent role includes voicing Gang Man-Suk in the animated series The God of High School.

In addition to animation, his work extends to dubbing for live-action and animated films. Notably, he has provided the Korean voice for the character Tai Lung in the film Kung Fu Panda and for Thor Odinson in various movies within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He also voiced the character Midnight in the Korean dubbing of the film Constantine.

His work in anime dubbing is extensive. He is known for voicing the character Mikhail "Misha" Kaminsky, the seasoned Zeon pilot in the Korean dubbing of the series Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket. Other prominent anime roles include Corkus in the Berserk: The Golden Age Arc film trilogy, Aokiji in One Piece, Gyuki in Naruto Shippuden, and Ohtaki in Ah! My Goddess. He also worked on the Korean versions of series like Trigun and the film Gundress.

A recurring aspect of his career has been his work dubbing characters in the Power Rangers franchise, which is based on the Super Sentai series. He voiced Raizo Gabi in Power Rangers Ninja Force and Dogranio Yaboon in Power Rangers Lupin Force vs Patrol Force.
