Jeong-Ae Kim is a South Korean voice actress who began her career as a member of the 15th cohort of the KBS Voice Actor Association in 1977. She transitioned to freelance work in 1980.

Her voice acting portfolio is extensive and notable for its range. She became particularly renowned for her portrayals of young male characters, establishing herself as a leading voice actress in that specialty during her era. Beyond boy roles, her repertoire also included innocent girls, mature and alluring women, and shy, quiet female characters, demonstrating her versatility. Her unique and distinctive voice was often featured in multiple roles within a single production, showcasing her wide character range.

Among her most recognized roles are Lana in Future Boy Conan, Smurfette in The Naughty Smurfs, Mint in The Little Witch, and Heedongi in Dooly the Little Dinosaur. She also voiced the title character in Tongki the Dodgeball King and Dolbalgi in Jurassic World Cup. Her work extended to popular franchises with roles such as Cirillo in Crayon Shin-chan, Cheolsu in Digimon Tamers, and Sochu in Cooking King Biryong. Her film dubbing work included providing the voice for a young actress Kim Hye-soo in the movie Kambo.

In addition to animation, her career encompassed performances in radio dramas, puppet shows, and political dramas, highlighting her broad applicability and skill as a voice actress. She also participated in narration for various projects and, along with fellow voice actress Soo-min Choi, recorded a special song album titled Mario and Rina's Self-Questioning Answers.
