Aika Kobayashi is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Kanagawa Prefecture, born on October 23, 1993. She is affiliated with the agency NEWCOME INC and uses the nickname Aikyan.

Kobayashi's career in the entertainment industry began in music before transitioning to voice acting. She made her debut as a singer in 2011 at the age of seventeen, performing the ending theme song Kimi o Mamoritai for the television anime series Freezing. She subsequently released another single, Future is Serious, for the anime Queen's Blade Rebellion in 2012.

Her entry into voice acting came in 2015 when she was cast as Yoshiko Tsushima, also known by her stage name Yohane, in the multimedia franchise Love Live! Sunshine!!. This role marked her voice acting debut and became the defining performance of her career. As part of this project, she became a member of the idol group Aqours and its sub-unit, Guilty Kiss, alongside fellow voice actors Rikako Aida and Aina Suzuki. She has continued to voice this character across numerous related works, including the main Love Live! Sunshine!! television anime series, the film Love Live! Sunshine!! The School Idol Movie Over the Rainbow, and the spin-off series Genjitsu no Yohane -Sunshine in the Mirror-.

Beyond her signature role in the Love Live! franchise, Kobayashi has contributed her voice to other anime series. Her notable roles include Yu Tenma in the soccer-themed series Farewell, My Dear Cramer and Rii Kagetsu in the restaurant anime Piace: Watashi no Italian. Her work also extends to video games, where she has voiced characters in titles such as Daedalus: The Awakening of Golden Jazz, Trinity Seven: Yume no Toshokan to Dai 7 no Taiyou, and various games within the Love Live! Sunshine!! franchise.

In addition to her voice acting roles tied to character songs, Kobayashi has maintained an active solo music career. She released her first major label single, NO LIFE CODE, in February 2020 through the Toy's Factory label. This was followed by the single Tough Heart in January 2021 and her first full-length studio album, Gradation Collection, in June of the same year. The album featured songs used as theme music for the anime projects she was involved in, including the film Farewell, My Dear Cramer First Touch.
