Kuji Furumiya is a Japanese female writer of light novels, manga, and anime originals. She resides in Shizuoka Prefecture and also uses the pen name Yuki Fujimura. Furumiya began her professional writing career in 2014. Her most notable work is the fantasy series Unnamed Memory, which earned her recognition as a leading creator in the light novel industry. The series won first place in the tankobon and novels category of Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! 2020, a prominent annual guidebook published by Takarajimasha.

Furumiya's creative career is built around several major series. Her debut series, Kangoku Gakuen nite Monban o, was published by Dengeki Bunko from July 2014 to January 2016. She subsequently wrote the Babel series, which had an initial run from August to November 2016 under the Dengeki Bunko imprint, followed by a re-release under Dengeki no Shin Bungei starting in June 2020. The story follows Oscar, a cursed prince, and Tinasha, a powerful witch known as the Witch of the Azure Moon, as they navigate a complex relationship involving curses, magic, and political intrigue. A sequel light novel series, Unnamed Memory: After the End, began publication in February 2022 and, as of 2025, has released six volumes. Furumiya is also credited as the writer of the manga adaptation of Unnamed Memory, which began serialization in ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Daioh magazine in September 2020, with artwork provided by Naoki Koshimizu. The English version of the manga is published by Yen Press.

The Unnamed Memory franchise has expanded significantly into anime. A television anime adaptation produced by the studio ENGI aired in two seasons, from April to June 2024 and from January to March 2025, for a total of 24 episodes.
