Kazusa Yoneda

Description
Kazusa Yoneda is a Japanese manga artist whose career in the industry began in the mid-1990s. In 1996, Yoneda received an award in the Game Comic Challenge from the manga magazine Monthly G Fantasy, published by Square Enix.

Yoneda is best known as the original creator of the four-panel comedy manga series Danchigai. The series was serialized in Ichijinsha's seinen manga magazine Manga 4-Koma Palette, running from June 2011 to September 2021. Danchigai follows the daily life of a high school student living with his four younger sisters, and the series was compiled into ten collected volumes during its publication. The manga’s success led to an anime adaptation produced by the studio Creators in Pack, which aired from July to September 2015 as a series of five-minute episodes. Yoneda is credited for the original story in the anime production.

In addition to original creations, Yoneda has worked on adaptations of other properties. Yoneda serves as the manga artist for The Princess of Convenient Plot Devices, a series based on an original story by Mamecyoro with character designs by Mitsuya Fuji. The English-language version of this fantasy manga has been published by Yen Press since 2023. Yoneda is also credited as the author of another manga series titled The Evil Prince Cannot Fall in Love.
