Shima is a Japanese male voice actor and singer, born on December 1, 1989, in Kochi Prefecture. His career is closely intertwined with his activities as a member of the popular four-man vocal unit Urashimasakatasen.

His voice acting work often stems directly from his involvement with this group. He provided the voice for his own counterpart, the character Shima, in the 2019 short anime series Days of Urashimasakatasen, which is based on the unit itself. In the same year, he began voicing the character Zen Gahō in the mixed-media hip-hop project Paradox Live, a role he continued for its 2023 television anime adaptation, Paradox Live The Animation. Beyond these roles, his voice acting credits also include appearances in drama CDs and video games.
