Goblin is a Japanese narrator, voice actor, and impressionist born on October 28, 1964, in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Office Osawa. His real name is Norichika Mogami, and his stage name is sometimes written in all capital letters as GOBLIN.

While Goblin performs voice acting for characters in anime, he is particularly recognized for his extensive work as a narrator. One of his most notable narration roles is in the 2015 web series Ninja Slayer From Animation, where his delivery became strongly associated with the series for many viewers. His narration credits also include special programs for the anime Fullmetal Alchemist, preview narration for the television drama series Aibou, and the opening narration for the first episode of the Super Sentai series Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger.

As a character voice actor, his roles often include monstrous or background characters. In the 2016 series Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash (Hai to Gensou no Grimgar), he voiced several such parts, including an Elder Kobold, a Goblin, a Kobold A, and a Volunteer Soldier A. Another character role is Elder Kobold A in the same series. Earlier, in 2009, he performed the narration for Hajime no Ippo: The Fighting! - New Challenger.

Beyond his anime work, Goblin is active as a mimicry artist, known for his impressions of figures such as singer Masayuki Suzuki and actor Yuzo Kayama.
