Sayaka Itsuki is a Japanese manga artist whose professional career began in 2006. She is originally from Tochigi Prefecture and also works under the pen name Noel. In addition to her work as a creator, she maintains a doujin circle known as Noel.
Itsuki is primarily recognized for her manga adaptations and original illustrations for anime projects. One of her notable credits includes serving as the manga artist for the series Ore no Nounai Sentakushi ga, Gakuen LoveCome o Zenryoku de Jama Shite Iru, which was adapted into a television anime series in 2013 and an OVA in 2014. She is also credited as the original illustrator for the anime special Sakura no Chikai: Marronni Yell - Higashi no Hichou Shimotsuke-shi o Yell!, which was released in 2018.
